This program is not about adding more to your life. It’s about building a cleaner, more intentional operating system underneath the life you already have.
Over four modules, we’re going to move through four questions:
Module 1: Who are you choosing to be?
Module 2: How do you need to structure your days?
Module 3: How do you protect your recovery?
Module 4: How do you stay honest with yourself over time?
Each module includes video lessons, a written guide, reflection prompts, and a planner worksheet. Do them in sequence. Don’t skip the reflection work — that’s where the actual transformation happens.
Take your time. This program is designed to be worked through at a pace of two lessons per week, which means you’ll complete it in about eight weeks. But there’s no deadline. The only requirement is that you’re honest with yourself as you go.
